A member of the National Assembly, representing the interest of Biu, Kwaya Kusar, Bayo and Shani Federal Constituency, Borno State in the lower chamber, Rt. Hon. Muktar Betara Aliyu has commiserated with the erstwhile Deputy Comptroller General of Customs (DCG) Tahir Audu Musa (retired) on the demise of his beloved mother who passed on recently.

Aliyu, a recipient of the national honour, Order of the Niger (OON), expressed his heartfelt condolences to DCG Musa on the loss of his mother.

The legislator who is highly esteemed among his people was said to have shown a gesture of empathy, solidarity, and fraternity by sending a high power delegation led by his Coordinator for Political Affairs in the constituency, Hon. Yamta Gur to extend his sincere sympathies and fervent prayers to Musa and other members of the bereaved family.

According to the House of Representatives member, the loss of a mother is one of the most profound and painful experiences which must be endured with patience and supplication while seeking divine reward from almighty Allah.

The legislator’s aide and others in the delegation prayed to almighty Allah to forgive the departed soul, grant her Aljannatul Firdaus and confer upon the family the strength to bear this irreparable loss.
